Fat Free Banana Bread

3 ripe large bananas
2 eggs
1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1 cup sugar
1.5 tbsp. reduced fat sour cream
1 tsp. lemon juice
1.5 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda

1 cup sugar

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350° F
1) In one bowl, combine: bananas, eggs, sugar, butter/apple sauce/greek yogurt/banana puree and mix until smooth
2) Add lemon juice and sour cream to the mixture and continue mixing until smooth.
3) In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients; baking powder, baking soda and wheat flour.
4) Mix all ingredients together using a mixer to create one smooth homogenous mixture.
5) Pour batter into greased loaf pan
6) Bake at 350° F for 55-65 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in the middle comes out clean
7) After baking, remove from oven and place on a cooling rack
8)Let cool for one hour at room temperature before serving.
