Healthy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
No eggs. No sugar. No Flour. No butter!

Ingredients
3 ripe bananas, mashed

1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce

1/3 cup honey

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1 tsp. cinnamon

1 scoop chocolate protein powder (optional)

2.5 cups oats

1/2 cup raisins

Directions

Heat oven to 350°F
In a large bowl, mix bananas, applesauce, vanilla, honey, cinnamon and protein powder (optional) until smooth.

Slowly add in oats and raisins and mix until everything is combined.

 

Place about 1 tbsp of batter for each cookie on cookie sheet and bake for 24 minutes, or until golden brown.
