​​Low-Cal Protein Waffles

​Ingredients:

1/2 cup regular oats (not instant or steel cut)
1/3 cup egg
whites (liquid egg, like Egg Beaters, work great!)

2 scoop vanilla protein powder
2 tbsp. nonfat milk
2 tbsp. fat-free cottage
cheese
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
2 tbsp. flour

2 no-calorie sweetener packet; Splenda

4 tbsp. water

Pinch of salt

Directions:

1) Combine all ingredients and stir until well mixed.
2) Pour batter into waffle maker and cook like a regular waffle
3) Serve with a side of fresh fruit salad, greek yogurt, fat free cool whip or sugar-free syrup.

4) Enjoy!
