Protein Pumpkin Pancakes
This is a must-cook recipe for Fall and post-workout!

Ingredients
3 egg whites
1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
1/4 cup canned pumpkin
2 tbsp flaxseed meal
3 tbsp almond milk (or skim milk)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tbsp cinnamon
Sugar free syrup

Directions
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until smooth.
Heat a griddle or frying pan.
Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake.
Brown on both sides and serve hot
​Serve with cinnamon and sugar-free syrup​
