Sweet Protein Omelette

This is a great post-workout snack or filling breakfast!

Makes 2 servings

Ingredients:

1 cup liquid egg whites

3/4 cup fat free milk

3 tbsp. Splenda or Truvia no calories sweetener

1 tbsp. cinnamon

 

Optional add ins:

1/2 cup sliced apple chunks

1/2 cup berries

1/4 cup raisins

1/4 cup almonds (to top it off)

 

Directions:

1) Combine all ingredients and pour the egg mixture into a nonstick pan.

2) Evenly spread the 'add-ins' on top of egg

3) Cook on medium high until the egg has achieved a consistent white color (usually 3-5 minutes)

4) You can go ahead and scramble the eggs or keep it as an omelette.

5) Once cooked, sprinkle almonds on top.

6)Serve with a side of applesauce, Greek yogurt or fat free cool whip
