Ultimate Protein Granola

Ingredients:
3 cups oats
1/4 cup raisins or dried cranberries...or both
1/4 cup almonds
5 tbsp Splenda or Truvia no calorie sweetener
1.5 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp flax seeds
1-2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
1/4 cup sugar free maple syrup
1/4 cup egg beaters
1/4 cup skim milk
​*Optional​
You can also melt 1/2 cup all natural peanut butter or almond butter for a nuttier taste and more protein.

Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 350°F
2) In a bowl, combine oats, raisins, almonds, cinnamon, Splenda/Truvia, flax seeds and protein powder.
3) Stir in sugar free maple syrup, skim milk and egg beaters until all ingredients stick together
4) On a nonstick baking sheet, spread out the granola in an even layer to cover the entire sheet.
5) Bake at 350°F for 45-60 minutes or until golden brown
6) Once cooled, gently break the pieces into small granola pieces.
7) Store in an air-tight container
